The City

Thankyou so much Lee Lee! Just watched the episode! I know it's all fake but I think Olivia is kind of making a mistake letting them portray her like this..

Here is the final part of the City Season 3 Ep 2 Part 3

This is for everyone who cannot view the MTV version. The parts 1 & 2 are posted above. Enjoy . PS: in the boardroom you can cut the atmosphere with a knife. Poor Olivia.

Thanks so much. I really appreciate it. The quality of the videos is amazing. Have you uploaded the first episode? I tried looking for it but couldn't find it.

This weeks episode was so intense! I can't wait to see how next week's episode unfolds seeing as Whitney still thinks Olivia was doing her favour  I'm sure Olivia voiced more of an opinion at the board meeting, MTV have a great way of editing things out to make people look like that
Side note: she looks absolutely gorgeous at dinner with Whitney from the clip for next week

The bitchfest at the mo between Olivia/Whitney is great I love it
And as for Kelly Cutrone yelling at her.... *sigh* it just gets better & better

I don't really care how they are portraying Olivia in The City! It doesn't really change my opinion on her and I still absolutely love her. Come on, she is just so adorable and her voice is so sweet and nice. And voice can tell a lot about a person. I'm sure Olivia is really nice person and of course Olivia also has some flaws, but who hasn't? At least she's much more interesting than Whitney who is totally immature.
That is so not true, but I agree with your major point :)

^yeah, but Whitney's style is not Olivia's one at all. I love both of their style but they're so different, I can understand why Olivia didn't really like Whitney line.
No matter her personal style is different or not, she was supposed to act professional - regardless of her own style - and she didn't. Can you imagine Anna Wintour wearing everything that's printed in Vogue? No, but it is still in there because she is a professional with an open mind.

Besides, it seems as if Olivia is jelaous of Whitney's "succsess" and just doesn't want to let her grow and go forward (if she can do that).

I have mentioned this before, on the credits at the front of Elle US, Olivia is not mentioned at all. All the other editors and contributors are. That is why I think she does not work there, it is just for the polt of the show.
You've answered my question, I've been wondering about that for a while.

I like the article at Elle.com, it's just such a different way to say what happened.

On last night’s episode of The City, Olivia Palermo was called upon by Roxy to attend the editor’s preview of Whitney new collection for Whitney Eve. While she was irritated to be asked such a favor (it’s the end of the day and not her department, after all!), Olivia pulled herself together like a true lady and immediately left to meet Whitney and Kelly.

I think Erin could get her own show, She is interesting. I wonder if she likes working for Elle??

^ Lol! Can't say I blame Elle for trying to smooth the image of Olivia after that episode.

I just wanted to watch the second episode on mtv.com but it said I wouldnt be available in my region (Germany). Ive never had that before, I used to watch all the episodes on mtv.com :( Anyone else having the same problem ?

MTV link doesn't work for me either, i don't know why.
usually it does.
ughh i need another another link, pleaaassseee

I'm starting to think a lot of it is scripted- more than they say...Case in point: the two shots, where they show the people talking and the other people reacting and then go to a shot of the room, and then someone gets up and walks into the other room; you never see the other cameraman or people moving around- how could they be filming it so seamlessly if it wasn't set up beforehand? I don't see how half of what happens could be real or spur of the moment...

why did olivia not wanna support whitney s line. it s so stupid. and they everybody liked the lookbook that she said was bad
oh god how much i hate her

MTV and their delusional 'drama'

Anyways I'm just watching the show has entertainment has the show intended to be nothing to get personal or serious with.......(rather pathetic for those who do)

With that said the storylines are interesting than last season
