Speaking of, can't wait to see SS in 2 weeks. Vhs or Beta is opening for them on the tour. They're friends of mine, so if you're going don't miss the opening act...They're great!

Night on Fire is a little more guitar driven but still a good time. One review compared it to old Cure which I can only hear on one track. Don't let the title track turn you off. It's good, but very repetitive. The rest of the CD is great! Their shows kick a**!!! They actually have a HUGE following in NYC, anybody here seen them.
that came over from UK when I see them and she is taking photos. (It's one of the few venues that is allowing cameras)Originally posted by MulletProof@Dec 1 2004, 04:59 PM

"to a de-luxe apartment in the sky"
MP-I know Vhs or Beta, not SS. My original investor invested in them to help get them onto Astrelworks. They're in my social circle as well. I think you would really dig them. Le Funk is their first release from a few years ago, very dancey rock/discoNight on Fire is a little more guitar driven but still a good time. those are just rumours but then, most rumoured bands at coachella end up confirming their appearances most of the time so..Originally posted by kimair@Dec 2 2004, 12:22 PM
day 1 is clearly the better of the two, but...BowieNet says "Event organizers tell Billboard.com the rumored bill is not correct, and that offers have only recently began going out to prospective bands. What's more, the exact date of the 2005 show will not even be confirmed for another month or so, according to Goldenvoice president Paul Tollett, whose company promotes Coachella."
I do know that Nine Inch Nails is planning a tour to promote the new CD "with teeth."

I think it's weird that the NIN could be doing Coachella..like, it's a different kind of crowd and festival IMO
