this might have been asked before.....but i shaved down there but i want to get into the habit of getting a brazilian done because itll be less daily maintence...waht is the minimum length the hair has to be before you can get a brazilian? thanks!

sugarpea, shaving down there is really bad because the skin is super sensitive, but u just need to let it grow a little bit about 1 cm and then u can do a brazilian which is so much better.

Yeah, I hear ya... but you only have to shave your face We have to shave our legs, our armpits, wax/pluck brows, AND shave our crotch. ENOUGH! Phew!

It's enough just to keep the legs shaved properly...I'm only bothering to shave my 'area' when I think it will be getting a visit

Yes, but the face is the most visible area.
It can also be very painful.

But it's true that you have to shave/wax more areas of your body.
If you can afford laser, go for it.

Nah.

I'm just saying that we make the effort of shaving every day (if not done properly, it hurts like hell), just like you make the effort of shaving other parts of your body.
So we're more or less even.

I would think the hairs surrounding and covering the area "down there" would prevent germs from entering and chaffing on the sensitive and delicate parts. I mean, we all shower and wipe regularly, so it's not like the hair down there isn't clean.

Before shaving/waxing/laser was even invented, naked women have been attracting men for centuries...

I rather not look like a pre-pubescent teen; and if I were a man, who was with a woman, I'd want her to look like a woman down there too?

this just made me think about men with beards and stuble! so that rule doesnt really apply to all!
