LOL at that story. omg... that remains me of my first time leg waxing. I was bloody and swollen for 3 days. I literally looked as if someone had hit my legs with a hammer I'm pretty good at waxing now though. I love the smooth and soft feeling afterwards.

what waxing product do you use?

I heard/read the other day (can't remember) that basically aslong as the hair is not coming out the sides of your underwear and it's trimmed then guys don't usually mind...

to each their own though...I remember watching a 'hairy women' programme and a guy was scouring beaches for a really hairy woman with his ex girlfriend (who wasn't quite hairy enough)

I think men and women look better with a bit of waxing/shaving/trimming... Just no sharp shaved edges, please. Totally hairless looks strangely non-sexual to me. Barbie/Ken, sort of. Otoh, some find it very sexy...

I really prefer pubes to be natural in the way English gardens are natural... Manicured, idealised nature.

Ah yes, that's basically it. It just depends on the guy, though. Some guys prefer the p*rn star look; some prefer it more natural...but most don't like it too natural.

I saw that documentary! He went to Italy and was disappointed because he had heard that there were lots of hairy italians but they all had brazilians and leg waxes

I used to totally shave underneath, no hair at all, and neaten the front by trimming and removing the sides. But I had a really bad experience a few weeks ago and i'm not sure whether it was an alllergy or because of the shaving but the itching was just mad...and i'm too scared to do it again + I can't afford professional waxing. So...eh.

On the weekend i saw special waxing kits with stencils, no less! There was a lightning bolt, a heart, a triangle and a landing strip.

I have a lightning bolt (not from the kit), but if i make a mistake it ends up being a Chaplin...

About every 3 days. I could go longer, but I like being smooooth. I don't find stubble itchy at all either.

Has anyone done a wax themselves? I've done the front part which isn't bad, but I think if you go lower it'd hurt like a b*tch!

Well usually I found it wasn't bad at all, no problems, but i would do it like, once every 5 or 6 days I guess, fully that is. I also find that if you moisturise your legs and around that area it stops any friction plus underwear that doesn't slide around too much (silk seems to make it itch more because its always moving the small hairs around)

I'm just scared to try it again for a while D:
