In seeing the Nick Knight spread for V, and seeing the LaChapelle spread above it- these two aren't that far apart.
I hope that Nick Knight can show some restraint a bit, and not go as far as LaChapelle is willing to go. (Off the deep end)

There was a simplicity, and a striking use of captured motion through still photography that I always loved from Nick and over time the concepts have become outlandish and feel more experimental as oppose to intentionally revolving around the models, the clothes or the overall concept. Too much imagination? Maybe. Balance is important. It went too far.
