The Hills

I felt so bad for Corey. He looked so hurt when Audrina dumped him! He really needed a hug :(

...
I hate that they don't show the funny scenes that were aired in the Lost Scenes...
ugh me too!! Although did you see Audrina's scenes..there was one where her co-worker was trying to have a semi-decent conversation and Audrina gave her this blank stare and just blurted something about how all these things were happening while Lauren was away (absolutely nothing to do with what the other girl was talking about). I'm sure there are countless similar scenes of her which were left on the cutting room floor. Goodness!

Does anyone know of a megaupload (or similar) link to the Lost Scenes? I can't watch it anywhere online because it says that my region does not have access. And I can't download a torrent because I don't have a player for it.

^ you could download vlc very easily and quick for the torrent downloads.. :)

Hey everyone -

I'm writing an article for my school newspaper about fashion on TV, and I hope to include The Hills in my article.

My question for you is, what first attracted you to the show, and what influence/impact do you think it has had on you/the fashion world? Do you think The Hills is a credible source for fashion influence? Do you think Lauren and the other girls on the show have become legitimate fashion icons?

If you'd like to contribute, either comment here or email me at [email protected]. I'll only use your TFS usernames to identify you, unless you indicate that you'd like to be identified otherwise.

 i just saw the missing scenes episode...

when audrina was talking to her friend at work and her friend was explaining about the new big bang thing and audrina looked all confused and said like 'yeah.. it's crazy that this all happened when Lauren was away'

^ Heiho gets fired hehe and Audrina moves out:D
There might be some truth to this episode, here's a good article... she failed at her pretend job LMAO:lol:
Heidi Montag Has It Out With "Her Boss"
No, not the producers of "The Hills" — we're talking about Brent Bolthouse, the Hollywood nightlife guru that Heidi Montag is supposed to be employed by. Well if she ever really did work for him, then it doesn't look as though she will be for long.
With the reality TV cameras rolling, Montag and her boss were busted having it out with a solid screaming match on the rooftop of Hollywood club The Kress at last week's Ultimate Vodka Launch. Things got so heated that the event organizers even had to intervene and usher some guests away from the firing line.
Clearly Miss Montag has been spending too much time on her other career focuses (aka triple-figure endorsement deals, party appearances, a top TV show) and has let her path as a party planner slip to the side. Shame.
Heids was reportedly reduced to tears (we hear Bolthouse gave her the flick) and (of course) her beau Spencer Pratt had to get involved and jump to her defense. Although we're sure Montag's tears will be short-lived - after all she makes like, $25,000 per episode and a few thousand everytime she makes turns up at a bash for a few minutes.

Lauren Conrad gets beyond 'Hills,' fights dating abuse
2modx1h.jpg

By Andrea Mandell, USA TODAY
The Hills made Lauren Conrad an MTV darling and paparazzi favorite.
But is there any chance we'll see her on an MTV reunion show in 10 years? "I hope not!" she says, laughing. "I really hope not."
The 22-year-old has emerged from the sometimes-scripted hit MTV show a household name (well, at least for those 13-35). She is a trendsetter, a fashion designer and a mildly roasted guest on The Late Show With David Letterman.

The future of The Hills (Mondays, 10 p.m. ET/PT) remains cloudy as the show approaches its Dec. 22 finale, which will close out its fourth season. The stars are finding plenty of other things to do. Whitney Port is getting her own spinoff, The City, which follows her exploits in New York. Audrina Patridge has a role in the horror film Sorority Row. And Heidi Montag seems to have her hands full with boyfriend Spencer Pratt.
Conrad is busy, too. She'll continue the Lauren Conrad Collection fashion line. And she's writing three books loosely based on her life; the first installment in the L.A. Candy series is expected next summer.

She also has teamed up with Avon's mark cosmetics as the spokeswoman for m.powerment, an advocacy campaign for women ages 16 to 24. Conrad's focus is prevention of dating abuse and partner violence.
"It's a difficult age, and you don't have a lot of experience in dating, and you don't know what the norm is and what's acceptable," Conrad says. "Dating abuse isn't something that's normally talked about. It has such a stigma to it." She encourages girls to go out in a group or go on first dates in public places.
Conrad's own friendships and dating life have been chronicled incessantly on The Hills. She says some of her friends have been in unhealthy relationships and that she has had a brush with the scarier side of the clubbing nightlife.
"I actually had someone put something in my drink while I was out and had no idea. Luckily, I was with a group of friends, so it was fine. But you have to be careful."
Her own dates are taking place in more private places. Paparazzi have caught Conrad with a new constant: her off-camera love, actor Kyle Howard.
She's sure about one thing: Howard will not be making an appearance on The Hills. Conrad has had several relationships on camera, some of which have ended dramatically.
"There's very little that I'm able to keep to myself through the show and through media, so if there's anything I can, I try to," she says.
Many of her co-stars have managed to keep a private dating life while on the show, she says.
"I think that everyone has been in that situation. Lo (Lauren Bosworth) has a boyfriend she has been dating over a year who you never see on camera. Whitney (Port) had a boyfriend for a year."
Conrad's on-camera relationships are routinely tested, particularly the one with Montag's boyfriend, Spencer. Conrad has accused him of planting gossip about her in the media. She says he's a bigger nemesis than blogger Perez Hilton, who often posts mean-spirited items about her. "I understand that it's Perez's job to blog," she says.
Among rumors that have dogged Conrad: a supposed dalliance with Patridge's boyfriend in Las Vegas. "I wasn't even there," Conrad says. "I wasn't even in the state."
But the star concedes she has struggled with how to handle relationships while being in the limelight. "With friendships I had kind of a hard time," she says. "I think the media and fame tie into that. It changes people."

^ I agree. I think this will be the first episode in a long time that I'll enjoy. I didn't bother to watch the last one.
