The Hills

It's hard for me to watch this show anymore, because you can just sense how much is fake.

Gavin was really cute and Brody is getting more annoying by the minute. I really like that interview with Gavin. Lauren sounds so boring and she comes off like she would really act like that. She seems very self involved.

OK I guess I don't like this show anymore

I agree this season has been quite boring...last season was so much better.

More from perezhilton.com:

How “real” is The Hills? Not at all!
Just like Heidi, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Audrina Patridge doesn’t have a real job either.
Though she allegedly works at Sony BMG, that is not the case, sources tell us.
“Audrina only comes in about once a month to film,” an insider at the record company tells us.
Additionally, the show lies about where Lauren and Audrina live.
“They moved,” someone at the apartment complex featured in the show tells PerezHilton.com. “The girls come here to film exteriors and scenes by the pool. They don’t live here anymore.”
Such a sham!
Shame! Shame! Shame!

It almost makes me happy that all this is coming out about it not being real. I don't know why-but it does...do you suppose the producers, etc are seeing it on blogs? and do they care?

lol my mum always goes on about the fact its obviously fake and i always dont want to hear it lol. but its TOO obvious! still an addicting show!

I was just watching "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and Brody was on it. He looks like his dad in a lot of ways, especially through their facial expressions. The best part was that Frankie came to visit him! It was a bit odd to see a cross-over, but I kept thinking how every single aspect of Brody's life (whether staged or unstaged) is captured by TV cameras.

Anyone watch tonight? Does anyone know the song that was played right at the end during the credits, etc?

I hardly ever post but i couldnt help myself! Tonite's episode was exactly why I fell in love the hills..the fashion aspect of it all, which was dwindling down to nothing this season. It was refreshing to see the girls actually working! I do have to say I was a bit disappointed in Lauren's lack of enthusiasm when she found about about the Marc Jacobs deal..

Aaannd the fact that it seems she never recognizes anyone in the fashion industry bothers me. She always has this blank stare on her face when she's introduced to someone..esp the stylist and editors for teen vogue! She should at least do a bit of homework on inportant people that work for the same mag that she interns for. Maybe she doesn't care, or maybe I'm analyzing it too much

@Sunn'Dia: it also bothers me a lot! Also, how staged was that bit when Spencer ran into that other bloke (I forget his name), outside Bolthouse? At times, the way they were speaking/stuttering, it was as if they couldn't remember their lines!
I liked the dress Lauren was wearing at Teen Vogue and later when she met MJ

one more! im tryna catch up :p Whats up with Whitney wearing strapless gowns to work? Even if it is a magazine, i just thought it was a little inappropriate.

The end

It obviously wasn't that inappropriate since everyone was commenting on how "dressed up" she was, which I thought was weird.

I think they were poking fun, but forgave her because she's so sweet and new to the job.

^ Yes, her dress was a little much for the occasion. It wasn't sl*tty or ugly or tacky, it was just not office attire. Lauren looked more professionally dressed than she did, but Whitney is a bit of a flake. It seemed like everyone knows that and laughed it off.

I was happy to see Whitney in last night's episode for more than a minute. It was refreshing to have a watered-down dosage of Heidi and Spencer.

Yea I know it's a fashion magazine, and they're probably a little more liberal with the dress code, but I just can't imagine going strapless to work.

Or maybe she doesn't really work there like the rumors say :ninja:

I agree, LC did not seem happy to be working with her so called "favorite designer". Maybe they just cut the convo they had out? She just seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Luna - if you go to the mtv website they usually have the songs from the epsiodes up.

Whitney looked like she was going to the highschool homecoming dance or something...the dress was cute on her, just a bit much for an important meeting...You want them to focus on what you have to say, not some crazy dress you are wearing.
