Any ideas on how to get similar tones and how to apply it? I am always very insecure when appliying such strong colours I mean Drew is wearing a lot and Rachel has a nice combo but I will never dare to do try it myself just in case..

i think the cat eye look is pretty easy. eyeshape is also a major factor. her eyes seem to go outward-asian like.

looks like she's wearing a bronze goldish-light brown. the other girl i can't tell if she's wearing anything? any color for cat eyes will do. there are stencils that you can use aswell to help shape.
Get in line stencil kit works pretty good.

@Odette: try MAC e/s in Humid for Natalie's look and MAC Pigment in Violet for Rachel's look (the 3rd pic, dunno who that actually is)

I think the best day look is no eyeshadow, i prefer just brown liquid liner or even sometimes black. Is shadow really necesary i would use neutral colors something not too distracting but that suits me.

It depends on the color and the effect you want. for a iridiscent eye shadow id apply it all over the eyelid, up to the crease, when its too close to the eyebrow it looks overly done to me. and a little darker shade on the crease, near the outer corner. all in really neutral colors and just to add a little shimmer put a tiny bit of eyeashadow, not a dark one of course, in the inner corner. thats what i would do.

Look into airbrush makeup, which is how I think her look has been created - I don't recognize this particular line.
