I'm so confused about getting tickets! I know they had a pre-sale, but when I went to purchase Chicago's pre-sale was 'sold out'.

When I try and purchase the tickets now, it's saying there are 2 left for $77 (umm, they were originally $22 each). Is it still the pre-sale? Is it open to everyone?
