But if you watch that whole Ilene Chaiken talking about the episode thing while making meatballs (of all things), I guess that was her point...people have sex around natural disaster times...
whatever...I guess I am...because ep 509 was a bit much...I mean how many couples were having sex simultaneously?
And that whole cooking while talking about the episode thing is so weird...She's simultaneously channeling Martha Stewart and whoever wrote The Joy of Lesbian Sex.
haha. yes. i love watching her "the secret ingredient" podcasts. and yes! 5.09 was a lot, but i think it was tastefully done. just like i think that although the jenny and nikki sex tape was a bit much, it was done tastefully. and the shebar girls? ugh. dawn dembo is a creep, too! within the next two episodes, she buys out half of the planet from kit's ex. but she gets hers! helena comes back and takes her "lover cindy" from her, and buys the half of the planet back. 
and who said that Ilene is probably getting her friends to write for the show cause i totally agree! The show does have its moments, which is why I keep watching...that campfire scene was SO GOOD!!How friggin predictable is the whole sex tape thing??
Adele...still don't know what to think of her. I was half wondering if someone from Jenny's past like that writer girl, the one that Jenny busted up her relationship, was somehow behind Adele getting back at Jenny. I mean why would someone appear out of nowhere to be this calculating and manipulative? Weird.
But if they keep posting stuff then yeah maybe the show will have some kind of life after cable.thanks for sharing! I'm surprised the show lasted this long. I'll be sad to see it go just because, as fake as it is, it's the only show that deals well with lesbians at all.
as for our chart...i find it easier to have a sense of community here than there. It has so much going on with so many different links and blogs that i get lost in all of it...
and aww, i don't go on our chart, except to see ilene's podcasts and the cast's podcasts. The type of people who go to the screenings and cheer...oh wait...I've done that...
but it's overseas for me, and that in itself is quite a trip!yeah, they have these screenings in west hollywood and sometimes the actresses show up. I went with a friend who swears that Shane is based off of her.hahaha. have you really? i want to go to L5 so badly!
She's nowhere near as hot as Shane but totally dresses like her. When I went Alexandra Hedison, Kate Moennig, Leisha Haley, and a couple others were there. The girls that show up at those things are a trip!! If I ever run into Rose Rollins I'm not responsible for my actions.
