What's the quality like of Intimissimi bras? I like their designs a lot but never ordered anything...

About intimissimi bras:
the quality is great. It's one of affordable brands with good quality vs. prices.
I have 3 (C) size and they fit perfect. I think you should try them on - I have a friend who can't buy there - the fitting is not great (the same 3/C size). So it' very personal.

I'm in doubt about the shirt I bought - it's from lingerie store - can I wear it like normal clothes? With a skirt at work, for ex.?

Thanks guys, I will give them a try. From what I can see they only have one store in London...
Running River, of course you can wear that shirt! You can always wear some top underneath it. It's beautiful.

Thank you guys,
it's little bit see-through, but I've got a nice body covering bustier from Women's secret :-) they'll be good together.

This isn't *strictly* lingerie related, but I'm hoping you can help me!

Does anybody know of any websites (that will ship to the UK) that do retro style swimwear? I remember about a year ago What Katie Did had an amazing blue and white high waisted bikini, and I would love something similar.

But back on topic,my Sister (who works for Wonderbra) got me an amazinnnng set for christmas. Just when I thought my lingerie addiction was over!

I love sexy, lace lingerie, but seeing that I wear plenty of soft knits, tee's, etc, I'm probably better off purchasing Calvin Klein lingerie in neutral colours. Because if I wear a lace bra for example, then it will look bumpy under my clothes!

Just purchased these longline knickers from Kiss Me Deadly. So excited for them to arrive :buzz:and can't wait for the bralet to be on sale!

Does anyone know where to find bras that do not have padding, underwire or molded cups?! Just simple triangle bras in xtra small sizes?

^ Don't know much about extra small sizes, but Spanx Bra-llelujah otherwise matches your description.

I checked those and it's not quite what I have in mind, but thanks so much for your reply. :flower:
After some research I found what I'm looking for is usually called a bralette.

How come I missed this thread, I'm obsessed with lingerie.

I have good experiences with Intimissimi too, but usually can't find appropriate size of bras, since most of them aren't made in C cup.

I love Lindex underwear too, the quality and fitting is great, especially for the price you pay.

If the sky would be a limit I would wear La Perla, Stella McCartney and Agent Provocateur.

Hatsumi's Laundry is divine! I want them to make more lingerie.
Etsy also has really unique and pretty lingerie.
Also Victorias Secret bralettes are THE BEST

I dream of having a collection of pretty bras haha (strange since I dress like a boy a lot of the time!)

Spent a week in France at the end of june, and I got just so lucky that my favorite lingerie brand was having a 50% off sale on everything! I went ape**** It's called Etam, and I don't know if anyone mentioned it in this thread, but it's good quality and really affordable, whether you like it comfortable or sexy.

Does anybody know any companies that are UK based/will ship to the UK that do bras with a 28" back? I got measured on Friday as a 28C and the store that did it don't do any bras less than a 30",which I find comfier but probably don't give the right support.

I used to work in lingerie and have never seen a 28c (granted this was in the US). I do know however that a tailor can add extra hooks to a bra to tighten the band, which could help add support. Sorry, I wish I knew of a brand! Most I know don't even dip below a 32" which sucks for those of us with narrow chests. :(
