I'm loving the new LIPVARNISH collection!

I'm luvin' it too  I must go buy me some before its all gone! All the limited edition products here in my country finish in a second.

Also the Untamed collection. Would luv to try the eyeshadows & the permaplum powerpoint eye pencil (metallic), been searching for this color for some time now.

I really don't get the aeorsal foundations.

If it could be sprayed directly on the face.............COOL.

My counter is across from the MAC store/installment..........and I've talked with them. They say you CAN NOT spray it on the face.............so what they do is spray it onto a puff like brush and then brush it on the face.

BUT..........if you could see how much of the foundation is wasted when they spray it. It doesn't make sense.

One MA there does spray it onto a "pallete" and uses her brush with the "pallete" and then applies. But I dont see the point then.

I would think a spray/aeorsal foundation would be used to give a light dusting of foundation.

I just think it's gimmicky really, and probably a big waste of money if you use it the way I see them using it.

i love their Mac for Zandra Rhodes Eyes, this eye palette is almost too coll to use

I got studio mist foundation and blush last week and I love them. The only downside is that I don't think the foundation is going to last too long. It's meant only for light coverage, it can cover redness on your face and that's it. I spray it on the foundation brush and then apply it on my face. I found all the other MAC foundations to bee too heavy, this one is just right if you don't like too much coverage but still want to achieve a better look.

I think you are right. I fail to see why foundation cannot be put on with my built-in tools, namely the fingers of my right hand

i used to think the same way as u until i got a foundation brush, it gives u a different kind of coverage i find. really smooth

btw, i tried the foundation mist in store today and its quite nice although i did just try it with my fingers. kind of expensive though.

I have pale skin too, and I use the Sheer Blush in Tenderling. It's a little bit pink, a little bit beige. I use it as a Blush, it's really good for shaping because you can really build up the colour, and then I brush it lightly all over my face, just to bring a little bit more warmth to my face overall.

Also, the eyeliners I've tried last very well and there are some new ones which are not pencil...but they come in a pen holder and you twist up to get the liner (I hope someone knows what I mean and maybe they can explain it better)...they have some in nice metallic colours, a lilac, green, blue..which might be a nice alternative to using coloured eyeshadows.

I love their eyeliners to...have tried many other brands but always come back to MAC. I have the blue in the "Pen Holder" pencil to and it stays put all day!:flower:

I'm glad you said that, I had only tried them out on my hand but I noticed they stayed put very well. I'll definitely get some then! Thanks

Technakohl they are called or something like that:unsure:

You will love them I promise (you have my permission to search me out and draw all over my face with it if you hate it)

I got mine in smoothblue:flower:

Haha, don't worry...I won't hold you to that! ^_^ I'm already sure I'll love it, but I'm trying to decide on a colour...maybe I need to get a basic colour and then one of the metallics for dressing up...

^ Totally agree about the Sheertone blushers for pale skin. I am quite fair, pink skin, freckles, chestnut hair, and have to be very careful about blush in general because it's easy to overdo it. The Sheertone really helps--I can get colors I'd never be able to consider otherwise. I have Coygirl, Flirt & Tease (a bit dirty looking to be honest), Desert Rose, Well Dressed, Breath of Plum, Ring o' Roses, Foolish Me. I wear Desert Rose with reds.

For red lips, I like House Wine, Sophisto. Hot Tahiti I found to be too much--but maybe not for you with your coloring. The red gloss I wear was a limited edition from the summer--not sure if that stuff is still available on eBay? For a darker red (or whatever it is), O is a perennial favorite. I've bought many many.

Btw, just say no to MAC mascara--all of it's terrible.

^i know...whats with the craaap mascara..its all great make up and then the line is broken by bad mascara grrr

I agree MAC mascara is bad.. and so is their concealers..
I have to check out the Sheertones ta-ta ..thank you for mentioning those.. :flower:

Oh do tell me more about the mist foundations as well as the mist blushes. I heard that my country isn't bringing them in. Duh.
