My MAC lady told me that a contouring/highlighting duo will arrive in January. The highlighting part will not be too shimmery, more like beauty powder

Picked up Poison Pen (matte dark lavender if that makes sense) eyeshadow while I was at the MAC counter yesterday--wearing it today, like it alot.

No, you can also get e/s or lipglass. But only certain counters do that and I don't remember which since I'm in a no B2M country anyway...

has anyone tried the mineralized satin finish liquid foundation?
i went to sephora last night to get the stila illuminating foundation, but they didn't have it in darker shades...
the sa there recommended this mac one...

^^^ I prefer Hyper real over Mineralise foundation ... has more light-reflecting pigments in it ..

yea, that's what the sa said...
but my skin is combination and gets oily...
i don't need any more shine...

i picked it up from macy's tonight (the mineralize)...
it looked really good when i tried it out...

Has anyone tried Mac Studio fix? I quite like the converage , its a bit thick though ^

Yes, I wish Studio fix worked for me...or any MAC foundation for that matter. The coverage and color selection are awesome but it clogs my pores like nothing else!

studio fix works well for me if i'm going to be photographed (like for a wedding, etc), but not for everyday...
it is a bit too heavy for daily use...

i am going to camp outside the carnaby store on both of those dates!!
that pinky/gold lipstick looks hot, but i already have girl about town so maybe not needed (what am i saying!!)

my faves
studio tech & studio fix, NW15- my skin goes quite red when it's cold/hot/been drinking and it's the only thing that covers it!!! also makes me look incredibly pale again even when i've caught the sun

ruby woo- THE perfect red lippie. but my housemate's nicked it i think?

blast of blue- for the hypothermia look...

black creme colour base- perfect black gloss for dramatic makeup

fuschia pigment is such a brilliant pink, especially for those jonathon saunders eyebrow moments

and i DESPERATLY want the clear sky blue, cool pink, pure white and primary yellow paint sticks but i don't think i'd use them enough to justify it.... until my next student loan installment that is...
