Are MAC's foundations non-comedogenic? I heard they're not and I was looking to buy some foundation this weekend at a beauty event I'm attending.

^ that's the one i was thinking of buying too. i love bright pink blushes (my favorite is MAC's Dollymix), but i haven't seen any of the Beauty Powder blushes in person.

I actually ordered Sweetness online from the new Beauty Powder Blush collection and I am hoping it's not too pink ;) I have not seen them in person but l checked out the swatches on Temptalia and the Specktra forum and there were a few that I really liked. I will start with this one and check out the others later

I bought Sweetness today, and it's very pretty! It's the perfect pink on my fair skin. Love it.

^Nice!! I am fair as well so I am hoping I have the same reaction. Can't wait for it to come - hopefully on Monday along with some other MAC goodies including the new Strobe cream!!

^^^

Cool! Tell us how you like it. I am not as excited about Heatherette as I was before --- I realized that I was all over it because it was all LE but probably would wind up sitting unused on my counter like 99.9% of all my other makeup!

I had a MAC eGift Certificate so I ordered the Sweetness Beauty Powder Blush yesterday! I also have very fair skin and love bright pink blushes. I've been wearing my Fashion Frenzy (Fafi) pretty much everyday - which is saying a lot because I usually switch it up daily.

L.A.Gant let us know how you like the Strobe cream :woot:

apparently the heatherette collection is coming out one week early (ie tommorow)

im going to head to my local store tommorow...

^yup! i called my store and they said it would definitely be out the 20th.

i want two lipsticks and the pink nail polish.

some of the heatherette items are on mac's website NOW but i want to see them instore before i buy...

hello there, you mac experts. :)

i don't wear make-up, ever. (okay, so i wear lipgloss. but that's it.) and i am looking to buy something that will help with my t-zone. my skin is healthy and no, i don't have acne to cover up, so there is no need for foundation. but i sometimes get oily in my t-zone, and i need something for that. so, is there anything by mac that can help with that? even if it's a light powder? i'd really like for my entire face to look matte, if that makes sense, and not oily on my nose and forehead!

blot powder should work well on you, either the compact with mirror or the loose powder, make sure to get a nice brush with any of them (the applicator in the compact is rather cr*p)

^ so, i should just ask for mac blot powder?

and does it sell in different colors according to skin tone?

ooo they have the heartherette online right now! :D

blot powder only comes in a few skintones since it's so sheer. medium fits most skin colors, light is only for really pale people from what I've heard. then there is also medium-dark, dark and deep dark. try them out in the store!
