The New Dooney Tattoo Bag!

What do you guys think?
I'm in love with the design, I think it's really pretty and different from anything Dooney's usually done because their designs are always kinda cheap looking and childish, you know?lol
This tattoo bag is a limited edition bag and they've sold out everywhere, including Nordstorm's and stores like that. Prices on eBay for them are crazy now! lol The only one that isn't out of stock on their site is the Small Banana Bag(the fourth one.)
Anyway, give me your feedback! I wanna know what other ppl think.

It doesn't look dior-ish at all! Personally I find them way too cartoonish and child-like, plus the whole "tattoo" thing was done three years ago (you probably remember everyone and their mother walking around with "tatoo" print on their clothes and 2 B Free sweatsuits. I still have a cashmere sweater from back then and I wonder what I was thinking; It looks like a drunk sailor designed it!)

I think this bag could have been designed better. i.e. if they made the colour of the bad beige, brown, etc (whatever shade you call it), and the straps look too weak and thin. And the chains - nuh-uh.

peter dooney, the owner just basically takes past ideas from top designers over while him and his 'designers' are over in florence, where the hardware and leather is manufactured for these bags. i think he saw the popularity of the L.A.M.B. by gwen stefani line, and what lesportsac has been doing with illustration-like prints and is trying to get in on that. his marketing sucks, he's a creep, and the company has no original ideas whatsoever, just regeratation from other designers skewed up just enough to avoid a lawsuit over copyright infringement.

I don't like the bags but I did think the clutch was cute. Though I wouldn't trust ordering it online because the placements are all random and I don't want half of a leg on the edge, you know?

However I don't think it's cute anymore. I guess I was just kinda hyped when I first saw it.

I think the bag looks just fine on every teenager that I've seen wearing it; it fits in w/ a young age group. Older ladies, maybe not so much.
But since you are 14, Shana, if you like it you should definitely get it.

K, so I have a question guys. lol You think it'd look funny or not right on a 20 year old? (I'm thinking of getting it for my sister, not for me beecause she's away at college and I thought maybe it'd be a nice gift.)
