David Gandy: the last great male model.
He reminds me so much of Clark Gable.

L'Officiel Hommes Turkey Winter 2015: Clement Chabernaud
Always stunning!!!!

David Gandy: the last great male model.

I think it's too early to say that. Fittingly enough, the next post after you said this was a cover with Clement Chabernaud, who's a great male model in his own right. Not as distinctive or unabashedly sexual as Gandy, but more versatile.

I concede your point.
Clement is great looking and I like his work.
Perhaps I was being a bit tongue in cheek.
Seems like male supermodels are fewer and farther in between.
the Marcus Schenkenbergs, Mark Vanderloos, Tyson Beckfords... just not that many big names around now a days

Sean is times better than only strip down one look wonder so called supermodel

To me David Gandy is not versatile, he has a great career, has accomplished a lot for male models in terms of body image and the whole very masculine look versus the pale slim type of models that were before him but he does not do anything in high fashion, he is a great cover star and does lots of campaigns and I see him as a great brand ambassador but not fashion supermodel.

However Sean and Clément, in their own rights, have amazing fashion careers, do lots of runway shows, are very very appreciated in the industry, earn lots of money, do great equally on a commercial leve, do campaigns for tens of brands still manage to appeal to high fashion designers and magazines and photographers.

Lucky blue though... Hum yeah: apart from white hair and blue eyes I am sorry he does not have the makings of a male SUPERMODEL: the looks and social media don´t make one a male supermodel like Marcus S, Tyson B or Mark V indeed.

I do like David. He is incredibly good looking, but that's about it. He is not very versatile and sometimes looks a bit too 'clean' for my taste. I wouldn't blame it all on him, magazine editors always style him the same. And it clearly works for him as he has a very good career. When it comes to supermodels, I prefer Clément, Sean and Jon as they are much more versatile and have shown they can work all kinds of looks and shoots.

David is undoubtably a classically handsome man in every way. But he’s not high fashion— nor was someone like Tyson Beckford, who was more like a male Tara Banks since he became and was known more for being a celebrity-type than a model . These guys are the equivalent of Victoria’s Secret girls that the masses consider “supermodels”.

I think David is a beautiful man, and as I get older, men like him in their 40s (late-40s?) are becoming so much more attractive; that body is perfection in every sense. I don’t think it’s his fault that he's not cast in high fashion. I would if I had the opportunity— or more specifically, his type. Fads in looks and physiques will come and go, but a classically beautiful type like David will always be a mainstay no matter the decade.

Eddie can do no wrong in print, always love to see him featured on magazine covers.

I wish the GQ logo was behind him but nonetheless, STUNNING!

Don't get the love for that cover. Very basic photo of Eddie -- I've seen many similar shots of him, plain white background, the styling has been done before with Eddie, etc.

Much prefer this to that horrible bloated looking Justin Beiber cover.

I love it! Beautiful.

Probably their best cover so far

Zayn's a beautiful boy. They could have done better than that. He really needs to ditch the bleached hair too.
