Previously convicted burglar PETE DOHERTYhas been left devastated after his own residence was raided by thieves.
The rocker was touring in Madrid, Spain with his band Babyshambles over the weekend (beg19Jul08) when his home in Wiltshire, England was ransacked.
Among the items stolen were a $2,000 (GBP1,000) guitar and three paintings Doherty created with his own blood.
Doherty was jailed for six months in 2003 for burgling the flat of his former Libertines bandmate Carl Barat.

Pete Doherty plays family man as he spends Sunday afternoon with son and former girlfriend

Troubled singer Pete Doherty put his problems behind him earlier today as he played the family man by spending a quiet afternoon with his former girlfriend and son.
Doherty, who has had numerous brushes with the law, took his son Astile and his ex-partner Lisa Moorish to a trendy pub in Covent Garden, central London.
The trio were clearly enjoying themselves and at one point were jumping off the pub steps onto the pavement.
Doherty later sat on the pub steps with his arms around Lisa Moorish as he smoked a cigarette. The quiet afternoon - at least by Doherty's standards - should help the Babyshambles frontman forget about the £918.27 compensation he had to pay a photographer last week after he pleaded guilty to charges of criminal damage.

Well she has another kid with Liam Gallagher..I like Lisa she gets a lot of stick for going out with rockstars, but she's doing nothing that male rockers aren't doingDoesn't she get around with alot of rockers or something?

Doherty reveals Kate loss heartache

Pete Doherty has spoken of his heartache over his break-up with Kate Moss.
The singer, 29, confessed that he had not had another relationship since splitting with the supermodel.
He told Loaded magazine: "We haven't spoken since we broke up. When you split-up with someone, someone that you're seriously in love with, it takes a lot of time before you even realise that you're upset. You know? It just hits you."
The Babyshambles frontman continued: "I think this next album's going to be a purge, a cleaning of the soul. I hope so. Put it in for valeting, get all the grime out. Anyone can feel amazing if you're with someone you love. There are moments in your life (when) you're genuinely happy and content."
The singer said he had not felt the same way since his relationship with the catwalk star ended, telling the magazine: "I haven't shacked up with anyone since. I haven't shared my life with anyone." Doherty also revealed that Moss, 34, now with rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince, used to make him a cooked breakfast as he rested in bed following gigs.
The star, whose own drug problems have been well documented, also spoke of Amy Winehouse's troubles in the interview, saying of her emphysema: "It's heartbreaking really. Also, she's not been married for a year and her old man's locked up. It's a lonely life and she's completely hounded by the papers. I feel so, so sorry for her."
He denied he set a bad example to young fans, saying: "I can't see why people call me a bad influence. I meet a lot of kids who are into music. I spend as much time as I can with them. I listen to their demos and I'm encouraging.
"No-one's ever asked me for a drug dealer's number. It's music, music, music. That's my influence."
Doherty, who was released from jail in May where he was locked up for skipping bail after being caught with crack cocaine, heroin, ketamine and cannabis, said: "I'd have to take drugs just to get in the state of mind to deal with the probation meetings. I was constantly monitored.
"They've been around me since day one, but so has corduroy. Know what I mean? Drugs don't create the sound - they might just change the pitch slightly. Or make you spell a word wrong."
