The Rachel Zoe Project ... Television Show

finally finished the thread (darn work getting in the way!) A while back someone posted that Gwen S looked uncomfortable with RZ. I agree! When they hugged, half her body was away from her and she appeared to be rolling her eyes. Almost a grin and bear it moment. However, KH and RZ really did seem to be buddies. I admit more Rodger than I would like, but he is now part of the organization and so maybe he's more emotionally invested and thus more B**chy about things.

I waffle on Brad. I generally like him, but I agree it appears he does no work, Unless being on your BBM counts as work.

Either way, I still love the show and hope it will be back for another season!

Just have to say that I love this show!
I love how it's quite realistic - showing her trying for her career - I don't mind the personal moments that much because they make sense (more or less :)).
I mean most career women today ask themselves when to have a baby, I am sure actually that a lot of women ask themselves as well do they really want a baby at all - it's a huge thing after all.
Showing her relationship with Roger is interesting as well, because it seems that he has supported her career quite extensively (and obviously also to some extent at the cost of his own) and that's not always common for men. Great for her if she managed to find a husband like that :)

And big AND ... love the show without the stupid tension with Taylor!!!

I feel sorry for Rachel. Babies aren't for everyone and whether she does want children or not it must be horrible for her to have this pressure about it coming from all these people. The conversation she had with Joey was both funny and sad at the same time.

Looking forward to the Met Ball finale episode though!

Rodger was being a D.I.V.A this episode. It got super annoying. He really needs to chill out.

Did anyone laugh when Brad blamed "someone" for telling him to bring the wrong stuff. Isn't he suppose to bring thousands of options for a shoot? And then he complains. He's turning into the new Taylor (attitude wise)

I really felt bad for Rachel when she was talking to Joey. Like, we finally get a glimpse of what she's thinking about the entire baby situation and I'm glad she said it out loud. I do feel Rodger is over pressuring her about it.

So Rodger is the new Taylor? Where does all his attitude come from all of a sudden? It's not like this all is new to him...
And what was with him bossing everybody around during the Amy Phillips shoot? I think our little Bieber-wannabe is getting delusions of grandeur and thinks he is Martin Scorsese/Robert de Niro. Why the hell was he 'directing' the shoot???!

HA! I have often thought the same... he is a bit too METRO for my taste but he would make a comment or something that would land him in hetero territory....

He was quite rude in the last epi.... I mean it's Rachel's job and he should try to be a bit more supportive. Roger was much happier during the first season when he had his own company and can get away from all the fashion madness... being around all the time... he might go mad soon.

Next week should be interesting... I'm dying to know why Rachel is so scared to have a child.... Seems like the makeup artist nailed the main reason with his last question to her...

I concur.

Rodger was indeed very rude last week but this week he was an absolute monster.

I honestly believe that Rodger is sufferring from Bread Winner Envy. As you mentioned, when he had his own company things ran smoother. Him wanting Rachel to get pregnant seems to stem more from him wanting her to slow down her career and less about them needing to start a family.

Not saying that he doesn't want a child but his comments leave me uneasy. For example when he talked about Rachel's lack of cooking and them being in an apartment for 3 years and the stove never being used I was thinking. 'Um, so you couldn't cook a meal?'

I don't know but to me if Rod's own career was soaring, I highly doubt that he would be pressuring his emaciated wife to get pregnant.

I felt a bit bad for Rachel last night. She all but admitted what is so obvious about her health. I do think that Joey was ultimately right. I mean from my perspective that is why she lives the way that she does but its still sad that she has many issues and doesn't feel confident enough to go to her husband and talk to him about them. I'm not saying that Rachel is a walk in the park but I wouldn't be able to deal with Rodger's nasty attitude for more than 5 minutes.

Brad *sigh* Talk about being incompetent. That stupid nervous grin he does is so annoying. At least he did learn why Rachel is always talking about needing more options.

Poor Ashley. I think her being sick did play a part in her getting the axe but lets face it, she didn't have enough personality to be a part of Team Zoe. It was pretty chuckle worthy when Rachel adamently said how she doesn't need her anymore because Jordan & Brad are killing it. Funny because Brad doesn't seem to be killing anything but his Blackberry and funny because now she needs backup for the Met Gala. Ayekarumba!

I actually understand why Rodger is so b*itchy even tho he should technically be used to this life style I think I would have gotten more and more pissed and annoyed with it. But what I don't understand is why they're using so much time putting a cam in his face when he's acting like that

Hopefully links to the latest episode appear I really cannot wait to see what she styles next. This show is SUCH a guilty pleasure. Also does anyone know why we aren't allowed to write things like "does anyone know where we can find the next episode?" I got in trouble and Im not sure why

He's the new Taylor. Without Taylor there is much less drama and negativity... so that's where Rodger comes in.

^I really don't know, every time that that happen tfs deleted it.
Always the links are uploaded at this time, but now there aren't in anywhere!!!
Hope that the next season will be easier to find the links (hate to watch it in youtube)

I preferred Taylor's brand of drama and negativity. At least her's was work-related. And her outfits were much better than Roger's.
