love the show, but I'm soooo tired of the repeated themes. Taylor's bitchy attitude,brad's emotional break downs (happy or sad), Rachel's "the world is ending if i dont get this dress" attitude, and poor Rodger's "Rachel pay some attention to me" lol.

and why is it so easy for rachel to confront brad but impossible for her to confront taylor (so what if taylors been there longer, they're both employees)
