The Rachel Zoe Project ... Television Show

Did Rachel go to fashion week in Paris? Is she there now.

Cause I was thinking after watching ep 7 and seeing her at the Ungaro show it looked like she got on with the previous designer and she was excited about the collection so I want to know what she thought about one of her previous clients taking over a french fashion house.

No she wasn't.

from her blog on Bravo:

Bravotv.com: So we saw you at last year's Paris Fashion Week on tonight's episode. But how is the current Paris Fashion Week going?

Rachel Zoe: I couldn't go. I'm supposed to be there right now, but I had a really big shoot this week, so I'm missing Paris right now.

and twitter:
just to clarify..been in NY 6 weeks..head to QVC for my product launch Saturday and them home to LA LA land! xoRZ

^ Hahah aw that was super cute, just them together, and Roger is a darling, always nice to everyone, even when they are silly.

Guys- this..is huge!! ;) Bravo is rerunning Episodes 2- 7 on Monday afternoon (East Coast Time)...in case anyone needs to catch up or Tivo...;)

^ :woot: I literally need to Tivo all of them! I always miss the date they air  should've gotten a season pass.

i was watching season 1 again and realized that Rachel purchased a gold jacket during episode 5 yet she wore it in the first episode when she was at decades....

*Poor editing...? *

Totally poor editing, remember Taylor wore the leopard Dior dress when she was in NY early in series 2 and then only a couple of eps ago she was talking about debuting the dress at that salon opening. The editing is TERRIBLE on the show!
Almost as bad as the misuse of the word 'literally'.

Watching it right now...

Does anyone know who designed the dinner jacket--Joey(hair and makeup)--wore on the night of Matthew Williamson's store opening?

It was a dark military-style dinner jacket with shoulder straps and I thought it was just great!

Cheers!

that wasn't a big event in terms of Fashion Business ... so I'm not sure she's missing the big fashion contacts ...
only all LA celebs were there and all the pique-assiettes (ppl who go to party only to get free drinks and free food), but as a RZ hosted party you would expect T. to be there.

I love RZ said what I think "Brad is more an after-work boy, than a work boy" ....
Totally a poseur this Brad !

And sincerely those parties are the less sincere and most annoying things ever ...

Oh and wanted to ask ... why all americans always "i love you" to people they hug or something ... that is sooooooo annoying ! i hate that ! and i've already noticed that too with americans abroad. always saying "i love you" when they only know you for like 2 days !
i now understand why americans invented Dynasty and all those soap dramas ...

lol I can't answer that...I am American and I am not like that...

omg so much to say about this episode starting wit Brad's super short shorts in the beginning...seriously those were not cool. That guy from American Apparel (Johnny) he's like everywhere now, I saw him on an episode of Kendra Wilkinson's show, he's just...wow. And was it only me or was that conversation between Rachel and Tay super uncomfortable? (The one in the very beginning when Taylor first told her she was thinking about leaving)

Right. I hope your not serious. But to answer your question: I'm American & I don't do that. Actually, I haven't seen any Americans do that and I was born & lived abroad for many years. That's not to say that their aren't any people out their who act that way, but it's not embedded in all Americans like some genetic coding. That's quite the generalization there. Like other societies, we're not a monolith. Dynasty & other Soap Opera's were obviously not invented for that purpose either.

- Taylor is very brash, moody, and unlikeable to me. Her attitude is so off putting. But I liked this Season more than the last. So sad to see it end :/
