I'm sorry but that outfit does not do justice to Selma at all. It makes her look short and broad. I have similar square shoulders and a thin frame and when it comes to tees I just have to step away - a tank is a lot more flattering - enough said.

Lemeray - I know you enquired several days ago but I think Maria Luisa in Paris stocks the Row.

I would love to see a fur jacket or a blazer that has been bought by one of my fellow TFSers!! Anyone???

Leyla - I think its a shame that they've limited themselves to just one London stockist - Harvey Nicks. Surely, with the demand they could have gone with Browns as well - it seems particularly sad as Browns were supportive from the beginning. All that said though, concerning customer service neither store is that hot - imo Harrods might have been better.

Its The Row jacket that Im planning to sell everything for. I do love Rick Owens but I have this obsession of trying on things before, and I can't find Rick owens in Vancouver...

I believe that row jacket is made out of goat skin...and it feels SO nice (please, don't get pious on me..haha).

there was some serious reason for Browns.. agree that they were supportive but you know how some buyers think they are the sh*t and think they can either skip a season or show up any time to place an order..
i think the fact HN threw a press launch party did help quite a bit

i personally rather shop at HN thank Browns

edit... just thought I would add that this is not the exact jacket they knocked off, but in the vain of the one he usually does every season. Ashley and MK both have the RO one that the Row was "inspired" by.

Well personally I think the service at harrods is atrocious and the store is poorly laid out, and full of tourists. I never have an enjoyable shopping experience there which is why I never go. Honestly, I can never get to the clothes I want there.

HN is good but if you don't live in the west or southwest than it's a hassle to get to. What I like about Browns is that they are central and they also carry their products online. And I've always had great customer service there, practically to the point of harrasment

That RO one is leather though...

But yes I definitely got the impression they were inspired by RO - even right down to the sheer shirts.

i know. I saw both the RO and the Row IRL. I can't justify the price. It's not even worth 1,500.

baldy the jacket looks gorgeous on you!!!!! Just think about it though, will you regret not buying the jacket later?? Because sometimes you get so attached to an item before you buy that later you realise it wasnt such a wise move.. goodluck! Im jealous of all you guys who even get to touch the stuff..... grrr i hate australia sometimes!
