The Row - The All-Things The Row Thread

^ Depends on what kind of fit you want rochas :) For the sort of loose fit like in your avatar I would say a L.

Does this mean that the tees run a little on the small side? I want mine to be loose, but not baggy. I had naturally assumed I would wear a M, since I usually wear a S in tees. I just don't know if they are cut loose, or if the loose look is acquired by wearing a larger size... I'm still a little confused, and I would really appreciate your thoughts on this.

Cathypamo2 you do not recommend an M for someone who is a 4? I am a 0 and XS is just like the pic in her avatar (rochas just like you said...loose but not baggy :))...although I am so bad at this stuff so who knows

Well I'm a 0-2US and the M is a nice, loose fit for me but this may be because I'm a C cup. I wouldn't really want to wear a small as it would be too tight around the bust area. I guess because you said you were between a size 4 and 6, an L might be better for you :) HTHs

I'm curious what "hole" does this line fulfill? Are you saying no one else makes high quality basics?

I don't really know of any other designers doing this....but the whole idea of high end basics got me excited and I'm not the only one, I don't think it's all that common.

hi guys,
i'm heading to paris in a week - are there any stockists of The Row there?
thanks :)

mparis,

marialuisa on rue cambon is so far the only stockist in paris.
they should have a decent selection :)

I think I'll go with the M, since I am a B, and my weight tends to fluctuate (6 is the absolute largest I get, but is def. not my norm). Thanks for all your advice! :flower:

How much is the v-neck t-shirt in euros?
It does really look like the perfect t-shirt.. and assuming the quality holds up, I have no doubt it's worth the price.

just as an idea, has anyone here tried the tees by Bassike? They are AMAZING, I would say if not comparable to the row a very good alternative and only about $70 US or so. They are not cashmere but 100% organic cotton however they hold their shape perfectly and are so flattering, they do what the row t shirts do in that they do not highlight flaws and skim the body nicely instead of being too tight or too oversized. The plunge in the V is very good too. They also have awesome singlets, much like the row ones. Fantastic designers (ex Ksubi i think) i cant rave about these t shirts enough.

wow the prices are really jacked up for the UK. Isn't the tshirt 160 or 175 US?

^Agreed. I thought about ordering from Browns online, but the prices are almost double what they are in the US, so that kind-of negates the convenience of purchasing them online for me.

^ no one sells the line online except Browns. You can always call up a US retailer and do a phone order.
