i saw that at barneys...it's quite pretty and the cashmere is hefty...
it was too hot to try it on when i was there...

^I hate that I can't try on winter clothes now - I can't even think of trying on the cute little leather jackets. I panic when I get hot...

I am drooling over the fur-lined leather ("shearling") jacket on Barneys.com now. Sadly, I am spent out, but that would be a great investment piece had I the funds to invest.

If it's the gray one you're talking about then that's the one, Kimair! I saw it at Barneys also and thought it to be a cashmere blend, but I could be wrong. The shape and color-against your skin tone-would be most flattering.

And I concur about the disillusionment in the changing seasons. It's too hot in NY right now to wear anything below the knee much less leather leggings..
The line had a beautiful window display at Barneys though so its encouraging, to the ladies, to think in fall mode
