I saw that one on ebay recently but somebody ended the auction early with a buy it now. It was not my size so I wasn't really sad. It looks very RO-ish (the way the collar drapes).

Row is perfect for petite girls and the quality of the clothes is just amazing.
i've got so much wear from my Row pants - it became most worn item in my wardrobe.

I bought the dress in Paris around 700 euros...the store didn't have size 0 (only size 4), i guess they ordered it for me cause they called me a week later saying that I can come pick it up if I was still interested..
I think the Row doesn't put the correct size on clothes...the pants in small are too big I have to take P size...I don't know about you but in france the retailers don't get the P size but from s to 10....i fell everything is over sized.
