I went to Cafe Gitane, so scene. I was a sore thumb w/ combed hair and pressed clothes...The food is always amazing.

People were asking for different cities' pictures so I posted some. Scene style is fairly generic anywhere you go, and of course it varies to each place but there are common trends amoungst these same kinds of clubs in each city around the world. I won't post anymore if people have a problem with them.

^ no, not at all!!! i think that we all need to agree that we live in different places, so the scene style is going to be a little different everywhere. everyone gets tired of seeing the same people from cobrasnake etc...and so we should really all contribute to this thread with scenestyle from where we live, especially if we are to complain about it. its interesting to see all of the different trends from all different places. Whats generic in one place could be the 'scene-trend' in another. its just a matter of opinions.

:) Yes, it definitely varies from place to place. To be honest, I am personally not really into the super 80s/early 90s bright colors or bright, all-over prints either (my boyfriend is though :flower: ). so when I see people saying they'd like to see what other cities' scenester club crews were wearing, I thought I'd post the pics of the people here to add to the variety of cities represented in the thread, for better or worse. :flower:

I wouldn't really call Gitane scene. It is really more of a hipster hangout than a scene one. I feel like few people ever realize the difference between the two.

I thought I'd post some pictures!

//cobrasnake.

I know they're cobrasnake, but it still gives us something to look at!

My personal favorite scenester is Jac Vanek- student, photographer, and ex-girlfriend to the guitarist in one of the hottest scene bands of last year, Ryan Ross of Panic! at the Disco.

Some scene pictures from Copenhagen. From Kernefamilien (not quite the Danish MisShapes, but something similar) dance parties:
