Sorry that ‘hmmm’ was really creepy looking back at it…was trying to post a fuller reply but something went wrong - not a perve loitering in the boobs thread, I promise haha!
Gia0202, I assume you’re referring to my comment about implants…well I dislike implants like I dislike acrylic nails. Both generally look grotesque, in my irrelevant point of view (I’m not anti-cosmetic surgery by the way).
I can’t say about anatomical implants (I think that’s what Dita has) because they can sometimes look good…but from what I know they are generally more risky because of the chance of them moving etc. I detest the general half orange (or even more subtle melon, in some cases) implants, they’re so hard (and try-hardy) and look bad in bras. And when really flat-chested people get them, there’s little fat to cover them (a la Beckham) so they look even worse. If you have enough fat to cover them, then you really probably don’t need a boob job. It makes more sense to have an uplift than implants because shape is more crucial than size, I think. The fake boobs thing is really such a US driven obsession, like those ugly veneers-cum-dentures...the little bit of feminist in me gets pissed when I think that some women really actually do this to please men, though they may claim otherwise.
And I agree with whoever said that big boobs are matronly, they really seem to add years. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an upright pair, they always seem to just flop downwards out of a bra. I’m talking about bigger than a C cup here…most people are a bigger cup size than they think so C isn’t actually even that big or uncommon. For example, FF is a hugely popular size, at least in London. I’ve seen HH and that must be so hard to deal with. Anyway, I’m really going on here, so in sum, the small-boobed are blessed and they often just don’t know it!
Just my 2 pence, no offence J
