Most of these exercises involve doing things with your legs. I was wondering if anybody knows the best exercise to try which will tone your butt without turning your legs into extremely muscular tree trunks. A little toning in the legs is fine, but I don't want to look like I have man legs.
You have to use weights before you get that muscular look and even then for women it takes a while before you get that heavy look, I recommend 10 minute pilates 'buns & thighs' it tones gently and they have it on youtube if you don't want to buy the DVD.
anyone know any good exercises for flattening the butt?
