The Butt Thread....

I have found a podcast on itunes called assercize. I am going to download it and try it.
 
I'm so glad this thread was created, I want a bigger butt simply because I'm sort of in between sizes and a bigger butt will help with that gap in the back of my jeans...if not I'll gain loads in trying anyway!

Oh and that Butt Blaster workout is the business!

I've got a butt, but it's kind of flat. Which does not go with my larger thighs. I've got a slight pear shaped body but my butt always manages to look flat in jeans, like a boys. It's so horrible and nothing holds my pants up!

Yeah, that does sound awesome. I'm going to try all these because I had a really nice butt before I left for boarding school and when I got there my vegan options were basically bread and potatoes. Looking in the mirror is terribly depressing now.
 
O I stilll haven't downloaded asscercize yet 'cos I am lazy. I think I will do it Saturday. Then I will test it out.
 
I've been doing squats and running up stairs this whole week and my buns are on constant fire!
 
^^ haha. Downloaded a few episodes of assercize and I am going to the gym tonight so I will try it there.
 
is it normal to have one buttock bigger than the other? i swear everything on the right side of my body is smaller. Smaller cheekbone. Smaller breast. Smaller eyeshape. smaller foot. WTH??
 
^ I'm pretty sure it's normal. If not, then we're both odd 'uns - I have more significant, uh, creasage on my left side. The boobies are also uneven. Is this TMI yet? Oh well.

Let's not even start with the face - I'm like Two-Face from Batman. :blink:
 
Yaaay I gained 1/2 an inch in my butt lol, it sounds significant but that means I'm only .5 to 1.5 inches away from perfectly fitting into a certain pair of jeans!
 
oooh! i just downloaded that podcast, assercize, a few days ago. and ford models yoga. i'm excited to try them. i hope they tone me up some. since i've changed jobs i'm sitting a lot more and after a year of it i'm getting a little soft. i might try windsor pilates too since it seems to work for everyone else.
 
Most of these exercises involve doing things with your legs. I was wondering if anybody knows the best exercise to try which will tone your butt without turning your legs into extremely muscular tree trunks. A little toning in the legs is fine, but I don't want to look like I have man legs.
 
my bum goes wider at the bottom..i want it rounder :P
..& 1.5inches smaller woudnt hurt, then id actually have the 35inch hips im meant to! :wink:

You have to use weights before you get that muscular look and even then for women it takes a while before you get that heavy look, I recommend 10 minute pilates 'buns & thighs' it tones gently and they have it on youtube if you don't want to buy the DVD.

anyone know any good exercises for flattening the butt?

My question is the exact opposite...how to GET a butt? haha. Mine has disappeared...all the work i did for cheerleading is gone. Are lunges good for your butt muscles? I mainly just want to tone, etc.
