I was trying to remember of some artist with that voice because I think I remember I that voice but nothing comes to my mind hopefully someone will ID it

I have just seen a clip on FTV's FPeople that shown the front row of Preen's AW08 show and the song played was beautiful the only lyrics I got were:
"i want you to close my eyes, kill me" sung in a very soft way. Does anybody know a song with these words or even better seen the program it was on. I know its a long shot

OK this is important because the video clip haunts my minds for a while.

Im looking for a video clip from the 90s I think it was the late 90s. The setting was very urban, a big city, maybe Paris or NYC. And there were girls in it or one girl I think with a black wig or she had some short bob haircut... The there were rooms in a house and there was making out girls with boys I think or there were plastic mannequins.... This image is in my head, it might be a ridiculous bad song I cant recall. But I do know it was often on mtv back then. It might be some dj music im not sure , since the setting was very urban. So please help me identify this video clip/song
