I'm reposting my request. hopefully someone knows it :

The song I'm looking for I heard it in Topshop London (in July 2010) and in Topshop NYC. I've been dying to know who sings this.
I only have a description : girls are singing, it seems that they say "true born" or something and the song sounds like it's a low quality, very saturated sound. The beat would be similar to Katy Perry's E.T.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is my last hope, after many many replays or this little snippet from this weeks 'Great British Hairdresser' I need to find this song.

I cannot makeout if the words are 'tainted picture' or 'painted picture' then the next words I get are 'tell you why' so google is not much help with that
