It starts at 2:25 and ends at about 3:25. I heard it once a while ago when I was out and wanted to find out what it was, but never did. Then I saw it here on Tiiu's video which has rekindled my desire to discover! Somebody else asked the same question by Youtube comment but nobody seemed to know.
