Thats a remix version of a song called, "Pro Nails" by Kid Sister featuring Kanye West. The remix version is by "Rusko". But I think he put out so many remixes I couldn't tell you which one it is. Or, it could be a Dj's version of the Rusko remix.

That should help you out a little.

UPDATE: Now I know... its definitely a DJ mix. the main song is by, DJ Chuckie - Let The Bass Kick. It includes some clips from "Pro Nails" by Kid sister.
