I can still remember being captivated by the awe-inspiring beauty of this photograph. The first time I laid eyes on it, I could feel my heart pulsating as I realised that the girl, the girl in the picture was real. It seemed amazing for such a gorgeous person to actually tread amongst us. She is of course, Hana. Hana stares out from the depths of this shot, her piercing blue eyes still yet oddly presenting an array of emotions in which we can interpret them; there is confusion, passion and sadness all in this one stare. The ability to personify so many different feelings is a rare and covetable trait, one few models can accomplish, which means Hana is all of the more exceptional. It is not just her eyes which are extraordinary, Hana's mouth is open and gawping, as though portraying a state of shock, uncertainty and sorrow, all in one motion. Incredible is the only word which can describe this shot, from the faultlessness of Hana's hair, which voluminously frames her perfectly defined face to the porcelain flawlessness of her skin, and those intense blue eyes. The picture is refreshingly simple, yet Hana brings an unexpected new element to the shot, of intrigue and ambiguity. For me, the capacity to change the entire mood and feel of a shot is the greatest of all, an earmark of a true supermodel. When I saw this shot, I knew, Hana was the only model for me. ​

Not being a Miranda Kerr fan I can say I went into her thread being quite sceptical. Who was this girl whose name I had heard so often but could not recall seeing any pictures of? But this was the first picture I saw as I opened her thread - and honestly, who can resist that? Miranda is often (in her thread at least) described as a brunette Gemma Ward and I see the resemblance, too - the doll-shaped face, the gorgeous lips - the cuteness! I find this picture is a good choice as it showcases those features but also because it's a brilliant picture of Miranda .. modeling! Her contact with the camera is incredible and leaves the viewer wanting more. Don't you?

Before tFS, I knew nothing about models and I showed little interest. I was obsessed with my fashion magazines, I kept a little scrapbook of my favourite looks. Valentina would always stand out to me in the magazine pages and it was her eyebrows that drew me to her. Her eyebrows were my idea of perfection. (I'm an eyebrow connoisseur!) Once I joined tFS and started exploring, the world of models drew me in and I thought, I must find out who that model is that I keep staring at in my scrapbook. I found her thread by chance and I was hooked.
I couldn't find the exact picture I have in my book, but I found out it was from the Dsquared show, as is this picture above. Not only does she look stunning in this picture but what amazes me is that it is a backstage shot! Her elegance and poise made me think she was on a photoshoot. This girl models 24/7!​
