oh-oh, buh bye said john.
thanks for letting me up till the 10th challenge..and for accepting the money, of course.
good new challenge, wonder if anyone's seen the film already.
i cant wait to see what people come up with, and congratulations to lovely mette and her wonderful freja entry.
I just want to clarify what we have to do for this challenge, which is very interesting and challenging to say the least. I know that the picture we use has to be surreal and represent the movie in some way but can our description sort of change the plot to fit our picture better? I'm a little confused because the description used in the example is very different to the plot of the film but it is still surreal and has a similar theme to the film.
Was it just a dream? After Lane Claxton (Gemma Ward) falls asleep on her sofa for the third time this week, she finds herself falling into another world, falling into a world of crime and mystery. Only a few minutes earlier she had been watching an old Hitchcock classic on the movie channel. Lonely in her real life, and lacking any action, her dreams begin to take over her life. During the day, she's a sales assistant in the local supermarket, but during the night, she saves the world; catching criminals and helping the innocent. But being a secret agent is difficult at the best of times, let alone when you're not sure where the lines between reality and dreams lie. As the line between her two worlds get increasingly blurred, and she begins to alienate the people closest to her, Lane is forced to choose between her realities...leaving people behind on both sides of the divide.
It's the choices we make that define who we are, but what happens when we don't know who we are anymore?
How do we define ourselves then?
And, more importantly, what do we choose?
//Aussie Doll.
Great challenge guys!
I really like this one!
(I'm really happy because I just got my GCSE results back!!)
A belated thanks for the reviews judges.. I'm glad you liked my entry jssy
i'm sad to se Tiiu and Agnes go
A great new challenge! But I just wanna make sure I understand, we can make up any surreal story we like, right? We don't have to follow the plot of the film?
Congrats to Mette! Thanks for letting Anja through again judges.
Very creative challenge judges! I have one question, can we use pictures from the same editorial, that we have used in previous challenges? Not the same picture of course, just from the same ed.
Great entry AnaisF, and I hope you did well in your GCSEs!
