I can't see the pics & are they 80's?

Yes (and anyway they are models of the 80's). And I'll see if I can upload them .

I think we should make a thread about Christy , Naomi , Linda,Cindy , Claudia and co still posing during the 21th c.

Yeah but Jan & Gia are 70s that's where most of their work is,although both worked in the 80's especially the early 80's. So I just wanted to make sure they were 80's photos & there is a Vintage Model thread. However, I would love to see them. The 80's kind of drifts between Vintage & 90s Supers thread. So I wanted to have just an 80s thread.
And Yes to the other suggestion, great idea. The Supers like 20 years later ! I love it. Sounds great.

Gia worked from the end of the 70's and through the 80's .I don't see where the problem was , I more see Gia being the face of the 80's than of the 70's . I don't know , I see this thread as being the twin of 'The Supermodels of the 90's' . I'd be more interested in seeing pictures of Leslie Winer who was also an important model of the 80's .

Gia died in 1986 and was at the height of drug problems in the 80s, which = a very short 80s career. She had the most work in the 70s. Same with Jan although she worked until like the very early 90's. And Leslie if she did most of her work in the 80s than shoot. She can be here no problem. So can the others but I wanted them to be 80s photos or 1991 latest.

Gia made her first cover in 79 (hello she was 18 in 1978) so her career as a model happened mainly during the 80's (capiche ?) . Janice could also be considered as a face of the 80's . Same for Leslie except that she had a shorter career as a model.

Again she still worked the most layouts in mags in the 1970s. That's just the facts. Sure she worked in the 80s but her rep and life was shot. Yes she got her first cover in 1979 but she got several in 79 & 80 but than she dropped off. Janice has covers in 1975 and had the most work in the 70s too. Thats the decade they are linked too. She like Gia had to take many breaks in the 80s b/c of personal drama.
And Leslie I didn't link her to any decade, so I don't know where you got that idea.

Paulina(1986) who is more of "The face of the 80's" and has been called that photographed by Brain Lanker. I did this thread for girls like her who don't quite fit in the 90s thread or the Vintage thread. She is more 80's thats all, if you've got 80s-91 pics than they are welcomed.
