What's the deal with Elijah? I think he's actually on Elena's side... he tracked her down, asked the people if they anyone else knew and they said no so he killed them, making it so no one knew where she was. They're puting a sinister vibe around them but I think they're going to try and help Elena.

OMG!!!!!!! STEFAN AND KATHERINE IN THE PREVIEW...... I AM SO SO SO ANGRY. IT BETTER BE A DREAM OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I WILL NEVER FORGIVE HIM.

The Damon/Elena chemistry in that last episode was so good weeeeee

^ i know right! elena and damon are on FIYAAAAAAAAAAA! however... i don't see elijah or anyone of his 'crew' could be on elena's side... after all, it's an almost life-saving reason why they would wanna KILL elena to break the curse right... i don't think the writers would put a loophole twist like that around the curse stuff cause it's already confusing enough with all the rules & legends...
although regarding elena, stefan and katherine, i read on tvd.net forums that there are rumours that elena stands in as katherine for a bit on the next episode? so maybe that's what the whole 'katherine'and stefan hook up is about... although i doubt that, as that would kinda defeat the purpose of stefan getting himself stuck in the tomb with katherine. or, more likely, it's elena standing in for katherine when elijah comes into the tomb because for some reason elena goes in... so maybe that's the scene you saw which made you think elijah is on elena's side

Damon and Elena chemistry is undeniable, but what about Tyler and Caroline OMG! I love them together! Tyler is such a badass and Car is... soo good

haha i know, LOVE tyler this season! i love what they're starting to do with him now, kind of the damon-effect; he's like, really macho and tough and stuff but whenever caroline comes or his fam is mentioned he brings those walls down and shows some emotion. it's wayyyy too much to resist lol

really? ^ i guess yeah, wasn't all that exciting....but i guess once in a while the writers have got to throw in an episode like this to sort of fully update viewers more on what's going on, rather than just actionactionaction right
lol but speaking of that... i did read that throughout the next episode after this christmas hiatus, rose will be going through lots of pain, dementia, ending in death, seeing as how she is a vampire and was bitten by a tyler, a werewolf, also vampires' mortal enemy

-Rose getting bitten by a werewolf. It was the female who was with Damon at the bar that bit Rose. Not Tyler, he never got out of the place he was chained up in.
-I felt bad for Tyler in the last episode. I love him and Caroline together though!
-Loved Stephen's dream about him and Katherine. Too bad it wasn't real.

I totally called that Elijah was trying to help Elena

I know Tyler was locked up, but TVD always makes things seem TOO obvious to trick you. Like that Jules said she would go after Damon, and that Tyler was locked up. I don't think it was that cut and dry. It probably was Tyler idk

The scene where Bonnie and Jeremy trapped Elena in the house was so funny, I loved Jeremy's smug little grin haha. And when Damon told Elena to "go out for some sun... oh wait, you can't!" and Elena threw the pillow at Damon and shoved Jeremy off hahaha it was so cute.

Yeah this episode wasn't that great but at least it wasn't a complete snooze-fest filler episode.
