The Walking Dead

The name of tonight's episode was very fitting. it seems every single secret was revealed.
Shane is confusing me. Is he good or is he bad.

i remember when the zombies used to eat people, ah good old times..

^ haha I feel like there needs to be more zombies instead of the drama.
I feel like this episode was setting up next weeks episode. All the secrets are out. I wonder how Shane is going to react to Lori's pregnancy? I like his character even though he seems bad sometimes. I like that he is rough and not so innocent as others.

 @ Birkin. I agree! There definately needs to be more action. I was kind of suprised how Rick let Lori off the hook so easy when she told him about her and Shane. I would have thought he would be more upset. I think Shane is just being Shane, but Andrea is confusing me. Like always... I just don't get her character.

Overall this was a good episode, at least there was some zombie action

Shane and Andrea in the car ...wow. I think they were hotter than Shane and Lori ever were.

I had a feeling there would be a walker this time around in the pharmacy.

I like Glen's character, I think he's cute and a nice guy.

So Rick knows that Lori's baby is Shane's??

The preview for next week looks great.

 I kinda saw it coming but it was still a shock.
I always wondered why they just walk into the pharmacy without scouting it out first..well I guess now they learned.
Glenn is so nice, I'm not surprised he couldn't keep those secrets, they are some major secrets.

Tonight's episode was really great. I didn't see the twist at the end coming. :(
And I officially can't stand Shane. Daryl is my new favorite guy.

i think Shane was completely right , he does what is needed to be done althought people don't like or don't want to see it , with rough manners it's true, but nobody's perfect :D . Damn i feel bad now about saying zombies should eat more people :(. good episode.

^ I agree about Shane. He does do what no one else wants to and I think in a post apoc world like that you can't be nice and you have to take chances.

I was so shocked by the ending! I did not think Sophia would be in the barn...although I figured by now she would be a zombie

I hate that we have to wait til Feb! I didn't think the break would be this long...

Yeah I hate this mid season finale business! :judge: I kinda saw the end coming, I knew there was no way she would survive, it would be too far fetched.

actually i don't mind the mid-season finale thing, myself. this at least gives us all something to look forward to in batches without having to wait another 10 or 11 months for the next official season.

and oh my that finale....i was not prepared at least not in that way....in that barn. all that desperation in searching for sophia and her mother's anxiety only to lead to that scenario. it was really sad.

WOW! that ending was just omg!

I was kinda hoping that Merle had Sophia and they would show up at the end of the episode...guess not.

Poor Carol, that must have been a shock.

:(

Can't wait till Feb!

I have new found respect for the show! when all the zombies were stepping outside I was thinking that if this was a proper show they´ll have Sophia stepping out as well and when the camera showed an inside perspective and lowered the viewing field I was almost jumping up and down lol

Daryl is my favorite character...

Shane is going to self-destruct..

I don't think he is doing what others don't want to do...They all know walkers in the barn had to die, but he gets drama and doesn't care about others property or life....

Shane is always trying to prove to Lori that he is better then Rick

His motives are very selfish and slightly evil..

Almost r*ping Lori, Killing Otis to save himself, no respect fir Herschel Property and releasing the walkers, not knowing how many were in the barn, but not being able to shoot Sophia...

Also I didn't feel anything when Sophia was a walker, because the story dragged on too long.

I just started watching this and I'm so hooked! Finished season 1 yesterday and going for season 2 today. This is definitely worth not studying for :innocent:

I'm curious to how it will end though. I know it's based on a comic and does that have a clear ending? I just don't want it going the disappointing 'LOST'-route, taking the easy way out.

^they´re not following the comic book. I haven´t read them but I know that they spent little amount of time in the farm and Sophia never turns. Also, I think the comic book is ongoing.

^ Yea I'm reading the comics and the show does not really follow it. They do follow somethings slightly. The comics are still on going, there is a lot of material in the comics they could take to make the show last a long time.

I totally agree, Shane will eventually self-destruct.

I felt sad though when Sophia stepped out, the look on her face went beyond the zombie features, there was sadness in those eyes....that whole ending was just tragic....
