I have done one but I think is kind of boring...... hmm.... I have some hours before I friewnd coming so I try to do an other one! If I cant came up with any better idea, I submit my first one!
so pls pls pls pls pls finalfashion  I so hope you dont choose the winner in a couple of hours

btw, is so cool that so many have put high heels on their outfits (I have done that as well) it most take superduperpowers to fight in heels

I had a design done put i messed it up and threw it away I'm gonna do a new one at school tomorrow so I'll be rushing, lol.

I just finished my design after like 1516456 other ones that I made for this challege. I'm gonna like, upload it now.

My design is suppose to be a some-what modern Japanese Version of Poison Ivy. I decided to choose a character because it is easier to base an outfit on an already made character. I wanted her to seem like a ninja warrior. I didn't pay much attention to her shoes, I just wanted strap heels/sandals because it is suppose to resemble tree roots. I had real trouble in this challenge because I made an android and messed her up when painting and I made this Ninja Ivy with 4 Different painting techniques. This is the worst to be honest, The best one was recked in a water spill. The japanese touch was the kimono obi (belt) on the vest. Skippy I know, But Poison Ivy always seemed like a sl*tty vixen. Damn, This challege was a b*tch.

From top left to bottom right:

"There once was a super chic"

"These sunglasses can tell me any designer and price of an item I look at, telling me instantly if its genuine or fake"

"These platforms have a secret compartment"

"...Which hold a world famous expensive stolen Diamond from my partner in crime"

:rofl::rofl:

First of all, way to take a risk and break out the layout! What a clever way to tie in the theme and also to highlight the details seperately. The captions are hi-larious  and the cool superhero stuff designed the outfit is right on (a secret compartment in the platforms! I want!)... plus the stance of the figure really conveyed a powerful attitude. Overall, I love this entry, I wish I could get a closer look! It was a good thing you told me what the captions were!

Runway Scene I think it's a really cute outfit... but I'm afraid to say it seems like more of a secret-identity alter-ego outfit, or maybe a sidekick outfit than a superhero outfit that conveys superpowers. Captain Couture actually kind of looks like Robin. Being ironically corny and cliche (she saves the world from tacky cliches while being a tacky cliche herself) is a valid angle, potentially hilarious, but I think you could have exaggerated that a little more to make it work. Also, practicality and functionality are not an issue when designing superhero wear! I think you've got a good concept but you need to push your ideas further.

emma leigh Even though your picture is small I can see your superhero is full of action! Action positions are more challenging, and in this case I think the pose helps to make the cape seem more dramatic. I like how you picked a villain instead of a hero, it really makes yours stand out! I wish you'd named you supervillain and described her story a little more. The outfit really works too, it's very sexy and dramatic.

bob was here Aura is really cute! I love how you foreshortened a bit, kinda what I was trying to do too with Apparel Angel. Yet it still reads as a fashion image without obscuring the outfit, and still has a that comic book dynamism. The outfit is awesome and her superpowers clearly rock.

Sieriyu You did a great design in the face of much adversity - kudos! The little kimono effect is a very original idea but really connects with action, what with the popularity of martial arts and Asian influence in comic books these days, I think that is right on. Way to keep it short and insanely sexy! Superheroes have got the be sexy. I think perhaps a bit more detail might have made it even better, but it totally works as it is too. I can totally picture Poison ivy in tall shoes made of ivy... that look is really perfect for the superhero you chose. I think you did a great job.

It was so hard to choose! But I think in terms of tying together the theme, inventing a hero with awesome powers, a hot outfit, a creative layout, and for making me laugh the winner has got to be...

:buzz: Thankyou so so much finalfashion :flower: and great reviews!
Im glad I won, because Ive had a theme in mind...

This weeks theme:

MODERN AND FUTURISTIC
Be inventive, Think London Fashion week, create inspiration its up to you!
Or if you wish, add a little Baroque and completely modernise it like Balenciaga!
Be as creative as possible, use any materials, and design ANYthing you want

Ok, now this time it's super huge. Gosh I can never get this right. Well, my future girl is wearing a baby blue dress over a flesh colored body suit and black booties. Although the design is very bold, the colors are subdued. The bodysuit protects her pale skin from the elements, as does her high collar.
Sorry it looks so sloppy, the colored pencil really didnt scan well. :(

OMG. Emma leigh I sketched an outfit pretty much that same to yours last night (excpet mine is a jacket). How funny though. Great minds think alike I guess! I better get to work on something that doesn't resemble yours. ;D
