Poppy

Right, for this current challenge, I chose my favourite flower, the Poppy.

and came up with this...

The details don't show as well as I'd like because I haven't got a scanner and have to photograph my work. Most of it speaks for itself really, able to see the details or not, but I would like to point out the beading along the chest which is mean't to represent the poppy seeds. In the photo it just looks like a purple mess. Anyway, there we go. That's me done! Unless I decide to redraw it when I have more time (I have a date with my boyfriend soon but was just so excited about this bloody thing that I had to get it done asap.)!

Camellia Rosé

As i say in the picture i am much more of a black&white person than this... btu the occasion (flowers) was too much fun to do a boring white camellia...
not very happy with the result, but soooo glad to be back in game!

it's too bad it came out so fucsia through the picture... i really wanted the perfect camellia shade!

ok so here is my entry, the flower I picked is the Pink carnation

ok so the dress is inspired by the pink carnation, the pink bottom are supposed to be the petals and the body is the stalk it also has the form of how the petlas go out from the stalk if you check in the picture, the pheasant feathers in the head are supposed to be the roots of the carnation and the accesories come all in green and pink to match the dress perfectly!

First off, sorry for quoting an image (if it is indeed considered rude), I just wanted to keep the images for this garment together.

Second of all, I decided to draw a quick flat of the dress above, all be it, a messy, messy flat that is quite incomplete, but I wanted to give you more of an idea of how the dress looks. I rushed through these images and feel the need to explain myself by seemingly adding more rushed images. Anyroad, below is the flat:

I think its ok if you wanted to recall something on your desing, its a really nice Dress BTW I love the fact of the poppy seeds in the chest its amazinggggg!!!
