The dress is a knee length tartan british mod girl style dress. With a stiff white collar. She is wearing black opaque tights and black patent leather wedges. She is also wearing a black velvet head band with this crest on it:

It says on it 'who is the queen?' aqnd round the border it says regina which is latin for queen.

Omfg your all amaizing drawers and your designs are fab .. i was really bored on the bus home today so i thort id draw something... ok so im not the best drawer ever... in fact to be perfectly honest im crap .. but hey hear goes ill embaress my self by posting ... btw hope no one minds if i butt in =]

my idea is a twist on the sterotypical british schoolgirl uniform... straw boater but i desided to elongate two sides ... knee high socks with high healed stelleto healed lace up shoes. With knee high socks with pink lace on the top with a white and pink pinstriped pocketed summer dress but i made it a bit more low cut and i added some prefect badges and school badges for assesories.

ok the photo is bad quality its a photo of a drawing so the lighting wasnt too good.

yea..it's inspired by vivienne westwood so there's a lil pirate theme to it
but generally..i feel it's more like vivienne westwood meets milan kinda thing =T..not completely english

Done. Here's my contribution . I had so many ideas for this theme and ended up with this.....



- Main inspiration: Jane Austen's Pride And Prejudice, Emma, Sense And Sensibility, etc.
- Colours used reflect the colours of the British flag.
- Empire-waisted, knee-length off-white silk chiffon gown with a scoop neck and puffed sleeves.
- Features a removable royal blue silk satin bow belt (ties up as a bow at the back).
- Ruby red velvet round-toe heels.
- Cameo necklace (supposed to be gold ).

And I had a bit of fun with the background . I'm gonna call this piece, "The English Rose".....
