Yes, sorry, I should have qualified by saying they cancelled for multiple orders on the same account. I'm surprised that they couldn't limit this via checkout though as it would have saved them a lot of post-sale admin.

Also, surprised that people with multiple accounts could place multiple orders. I'm not doubting that fact, but I'm amazed that the site didn't take into account delivery addresses or credit card numbers. No wonder their site was overwhelmed if people could place multiple orders.

im so gutted, the jil sander heels I've been lusting over for ages just appeared on the outnet two days ago and as I put my pair in my shopping bag and went to check out it sold out! :(

Oh no! But make sure you add to your wishlist, and keep your eyes on that page as they might become available again through returns. This happened to a friend recently who missed out on some Louboutins, somebody returned a pair and she got them anyway :)

I just started checking the site ALL the time but I guess adding it to my wishlist would have been a lot easier! Thanks for the tip lol, I dont know why I didnt think of it.

^ Thank you!

I was getting a bit worried as i had not received a confirmation email, but i got a tracking number sent to me today :)

is there any discount code at the moment??

i would like to order some shoes, but i'm not sure about the size. my german size is 39, which IT size should i order? (Beatrix Ong)...

I was really hoping to find something nice in the friends and family sale today but no such luck! :(

I got a miniskirt and a pair of trousers, kinda wardrobe essentials - there was lot on there, but I didn't like much of it :ninja:

I managed to get this dress by Vanessa Bruno in the sale. I was just looking at it days before and didn't expect that it would turn up in the sale! It took forever to check out, and I was afraid I wouldn't get it, so it was a relieve that it all went through in the end and it's on its way to me now.

^ that's lovely!

Everything I liked was sold out by the time I checked the listings. I guess you have to pounce within minutes to get anything from an Outnet sale.

Yeah, their sales are always so intense. I remember staying up all night for their £1 sale and being depressed all day afterwards!

seems like they've got some really great deals lately.. has anyone been partaking?
i almost ordered a couple things today but i'm trying to be good about not buying things i don't need

TheOutnet is having a birthday sale again this year, this time with every item costing £2.

I think it's weird they're not promoting this at all this time. Had I not added them on Facebook I wouldn't even have known about it as I didn't receive any e-mails about it. The rules are different this time and I don't think I really get it  I think you have to enter the competition and then 2000 people are chosen as winners who can shop the 2£-sale or something

^ Yes apparently you have to enter some sort of competition to actually take part in the £2 sale offer. 200 names are drawn everyday up until the sale...I entered the competition as soon as a saw it on facebook as well, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Still keeping my fingers crossed though!

There's 2000 tickets, which are given to the winners of the draws, there's also 200 tickets given to the people who 'share' the sale the most through Facebook/Twitter/E-Mails. There's also a certain amount of people who are going to get a £200 voucher I think too?

Least it means the site shouldn't crash like last time... in theory.
