The ones on Cameron are beautiful! That's what I'm talking about.They look stylish and sexy without coming off trashy.I dunno why I always think of thigh high boots with heels maybe because that's how I saw them the first time I fell in love with them. And I'm not saying that flat ones are boring or anything but they're more like for everyday walks not for outings.

I agree with you. Anything can look tacky if worn wrong. I like thigh high boots and they can look cute and very nice and def need to have nice heel.

I like some of the tight high heeled boots!! it mostly depends on the outfit to make it look "sl*tty"! most of the ones posted look like leather pants combined with boots!! i like'em!

I think several factors come into play, but it really depends on what you wear them with.

Think Freja in Chloe's RTW f/w 2009 show.

I don't think she looks even remotely sl*tty. Hell, she looks damn cool.

Yes. You need to really counter the sexy-feel of the boots by going conservative with everything else, like how Freja's arms are completely covered up and the clothes aren't skin-tight. And even then, they won't look good on everybody. And if you don't have nice legs, don't even try.

I personally like the thigh high boots from isabel marant fw 09/10. they look easier to walk in whilst some other brands look harder to walk in because of the very thick material.
