I absolutely love the cognac/brown pumps! They have a retro feel while being totally modern and timeless.
It’s a decent/good Tod’s collection. There’s something that I’ve always liked about Tod’s, it’s their consistency.
They have never tried to be the next Gucci or Vuitton and for once, I will applaud the strategy of the suits because they might have messed up their strategy with Schiaparelli, nothing can be said when it comes to Tod’s and Roger Vivier.
I don’t think people goes to Tod’s for clothes but they were clever enough to do an apparel line that is right for this type of brand. Tod’s is not a status symbol brand à la Hermès, Gucci, Bottega Veneta or even Prada. So you go there for the product and I see great products.
That hobo bag is perfect and timeless. And those clothes will look good in the store.
