Top 10 Ultimate Metrosexual Man Bags

thanks for the list! ive been trying to decide on another bag to get in addition to a balenciaga i want, and didnt even think of kenneth cole! (i already have from prada, trying not to repeat!)

an awesome thread and nice article! i dont think MURSES are talked about enough on here. my BF always has a messanger bag, he's an artist like myself and graphic designer....so whereever he goes he's always got his sketchbook and laptop, plus....think about it all you guys who are against these man-bags, you can have a food store with you 24/7! you picked a very nice selection of bags too! kudos and karma!

I agree, men's bags are ignored because there isn't the demand. I must say YSL has some HOT man bags...Im eyeballing a tote and a mens Muse...

Thanks for the interesting article, kineda.

I agree that man bags or murses () as jun puts it, are often overlooked due to the smaller market and of course, some guys (like my dear husband) simply can't get used to the idea of carrying anything beyond a backpack/lap top bag.

Yeah I wish my husband would carry a little bag. I ALWAYS wind up carrying something of his . :(

I think I know which you're talking about...

Im currently eyeballing a honey Bottega Veneta messenger as my next acquisition, unless something really hot comes along...

Mulberry has some really cool mens bag. They are quite sturdy and masculine looking. I saw some good ones on www.mulberry.com

I especially like the 'Seth' and 'Picadilly' bags.

that kenneth cole one is gorgeous. is should convince my bf to buy similar to that. the old laptop back is starting to irritate me :D

Ummm, IMO Mulberry should be at the TOP of that list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really, none of the others compare in design and quality. Anyway, that's how I would see it!

The "Dry Cleaning" bag is so Margiela.

I agree with the Mulberry bags. I'd get one if they weren't soooo expensive.

I'll be honest I'm not a fan of seeing men carrying a "handbags" so to speak. I personaly cannot see myself carrying a tote bag or a messenger bag. The closest thing I came to getting a "man purse" was when I got a Gucci pouch.

I use a messenger bag for school everyday -- I don't really see anything feminine about those at all.
I hate backpacks. :ninja:

I hate them. I dont see where these could be considered fashionable. Fashionable, IMO, are the new bags Gucci has designed for the F/W 07 season. They are Birkin-esque and BEAUTIFUL. Now THATS the type of bag i want! I use a messenger bag for school, but i really want the Gucci bags from this season.
