Ok, so I'm taking a lot of flack right now for wearing socks with heels and sandals (like Alexa!). In or out? I say in!!!

IMO i think it depends where you wear it. definately not keen on the idea of wearing them on the town etc, but its a good way to dress them down for everyday use

Ha ha, I've definitely been wearing them on the town. I like it but others, not so much. Well if I didn't have a lot of fashion misses I guess I wouldn't have any hits either.

-Mixing different shades together of the same color (if done properly)
-Red Lipstick along with lipstick that has more of a subtle color such as a nude pinkish color
-T-shirts that have positive messages on them like "Shine on" (They always make me smile )
-Decorative socks! (Whenever you're required to take off your shoes anywhere it's like you still have something underneath that's just as cute! )
-Lace Trim on Tanks and shirts.
-Drapery

i'm loving the androgyny, the platforms with socks, and the goth mixed with femme look. and i agree completely about the simplicity and chicness of the black opaque tights. they bring so much to an outfit. to die forrr.

oh my so am I! Although I must say that i'm not wearing sandals with them.. I usually just rock plaid socks with my platforms and high waisted skirts and such... but I say in. It's different and it was all over mbfw runways.

I love the socks in shoes look. It's still a nice mix of adorable and quirky. I don't wear it myself as it's not really my style, but I think it's cool on others. The look has to be complete though, if not you'll just end up looking like an idiot with socks sticking out of your shoes..

- Boyfriend jeans. When cuffed, can look incredibly fresh with a blazer and a feminine top and some jewelry.
- Flat oxford shoes. Simple, classic.

I love the flapper look but with a modern twist.
-Long Pearl necklaces tied into a knot, with a more modern outfit.

Big YES for Oxford shoes! I definitely want to get a pair as soon as possible. I like flat Oxfords even the ones on the heels
