Ah...now in love with:

-lace and ruffles
-beautiful camisoles for layering
-black
-white
-boots
-skinny jeans
-bubble skirts!

Really skinny dark denim jeans, 70's boots with high heels, army jackets, b/w striped shirts, big warming wool scarves in bright colors...

I've always loved leather gloves. Always had wear them. Own them in almost all colours and nuances of colours. Just love them......

I've noticed leather gloves on the catwalk lately...here and there in collections...and really love this, however I'm not sure if I've really seen enough for it to be classed as a trend.

    I love leather gloves, I found a beautiful brown pair in |the House of Fraser on Sunday, the were €50, but so well fitting and soft with little buckles. Zara had a lovely pair too. My friend nearly a fit though :( He lectured me for ten minutes on spending money on stupid things, and that I'd probably only lose them etc....now my hands are cold.

ballet flats
puffy sleeves
victorian
black
riding boots
huge "mod" buttons
and the westcoats are really growing on me, I need one now :judge:

love this positive topic, it was overdue. thanks lena ^_^

trends I love...

- victoriana and edwardianism
- arts and crafts inspirations
- black, purple, grey
- riding boots
- wide-legged high waisted trousers
- swing/1940's inspirations
- ballet flats

that's all I can think of at the moment. :flower:

I love the freedom the current trends afford........there's so much variety. People say I dress very severly for some one so young.....black trench coats and turtle necks, brown sweater, white blouses................leather gloves black and brown shoes. Its all good these days though. :flower:

- round toe shoes (so much cuter that pointy or square toes)
- native american style moccassins and boots but WITHOUT fur
- opaque black tights (have been wearing them for years)
- dusty colors
- "neo goth"
- mismatching jewellery

And most of all:

The fact that the idea of what's "in" and "out" is no longer cool, you should wear whatever makes you feel attractive and comfortable!

and more... inspired by all of you guys!

round toe shoes, strong silhouettes and shapes (think Mod), bold ways of wearing black and white...playing with contrast and geometric shapes, ruffles

*Black lace (but no cheesy flower detaling please.....)

*Leopard print on COTTON or sheer fabrics (like long leopard leggings, or sheer leopard print footless tights)

*High top Converse All stars in black, red or white.

*Medium sized belts placed higher than the waist

*Tall equestrian riding boots

*Mod is ALWAYS going to be lovely, but no high street labels for it.......

*Rich colors like taupe and red. But BLACK is still ranked higher....!

you are welcome utopia, kimkhuu & anna.

i dont know if it is a 'legitimate' trend but i've just noticed the return of the cotton 'body' as in underwear/outwear
have you seen those around in your areas?

*love how finally people have stopped co-ordinating their shoes with their bags, so refreshing.
*love real young girls with anarchic haircuts that seem as if 'home made' and 'rude' as in 'raw' they are so fun, i'm even thinking of getting one myself

Me too, Lena!

Matching shoes, belts, bags is just so old and stuffy! Not that they can't ever match; if you're wearing all black they will match... But colour coordinating in green or red or some other colour just feels stressed and constipated.

And this week we welcome Jefferson Hack's new magazine 'Stressed & Constipated'...

I love the fact that wide and long knitted scarfs are finally here, instead of purely ornamental long, skinny scarfs or inadequately short ones you can't wrap around your neck. ^_^

I know it might not exactly be a trend, but as someone living in a freezing country I appreciate it...

I liked the Russian thingy trend, but I might be biased here since I'm Slav haha. Like the Russian-old-granny-flower-print scarves..I am actually a proud owner of an original one, a vintage beauty which I found in my Grandma's old stack of clothes.

Ripped jeans (I have to rip them myself or i dont like them lol)
Beatle Boots (not much of a trend but cool)
Colorful pocket squares
Blazers
cool messanger bags
scarves (still lookng for a nice one >.<)
