Definately black tights and skinny jeans as well as black anything. Oh, and ruffles. Not gaudy ones.

hmm no one has yet to mention t shirt style mini dresses/ chemise dresses a la Imitation of Christ's Tara Subkoff like a oversized men's dress shirt but more tailored witih opaque tights and flat boots, or a short slouchy dress belted over under a wide cropped coat...maybe it's just me... but def the black on black on black action... yay for texture!

I completely agree with this.

Gorgeous original vintage piece paired with some current pieces = Yay!

Blatant rip-off of vintage piece recycled by designer seam for seam, using inferior fabrics and construction while adding nothing except a 500 percent price increase = Nay.
