Not a lot of ladies like these ballet flats. Even I thought flip-flop sandals weren't as bad as what others made them out to be. I considered them as inexpensive style. The kinds of shoes ladies are wearing nowadays are ballet flats. I don't have a problem with any kind of flats. The cute bow on ballet flats adds a touch of innocense and cuteness to the lady who wears such flats. Some of my lady friends at school have some sort of flats. I've seen varying styles of flats. These ranged from regular flats to those with some sort of design or pattern to them. I could remember low-heel shoes from the early-mid 1990s that were hot among ladies. But more importantly, the classic moccassins from the 1990s were especially dressy and stylish. They were some cute shoes to wear for ladies especially at schools where we had to wear uniforms.
The moccassins of old are basically today's ballet flats. These are nice shoes to compliment most any look. I'd have to imagine they are comfortable as well as stylish. One girl at my community college dressed them up with her floor-length denim skirt and something nice and casual on top. I think she even wore a short hoodie jacket. There are many ways to style these. These may not be classy shoes to wear to formal occassions and functions, but they are every bit as lovely for the feet of many ladies. Only kind of flats I dislike are peep-toe flats.
hahahahah that pix with the girl with the short pockets hanging out looks tacky, the pockets look like maxi pads , it kills the look , the blazer , the beret , I think this look would awesome with cropped denim turn up capri style jeans .
I just noticed the pockets themselves. It DOES look tacky. Most of the rest of the outfit is fine. (all of this in response to the picture in Post #1,401)
Thought I'd do a little bit on anti-fit jeans. I love this trend!
The ones pictured below are from TopShop.com and, honestly, they are AMAZING!
If you've got the right legs for them, anti-fits can look better on you than any other type of stylized jeans. They blow skinnies out the water!
Still... gotta have the legs and attitude for them.
