I think you shouldn´t put your uggs in the washing machine. Water (and that much) isn´t good for the suede.

The care itself shouldn´t include any water at all.

I guess after washing them, you can throw them away for sure.

i've used a wet washcloth on my uggs. scrubbed the HECK out of them, and then sat them in the sun to dry. works like a charm. no damage at all.

obviously much better than her previous state , she had nothing to lose

yeah, i've washed lots of leather/suede things in the washing machine on gentle, dried them in the sun, and massage them to bring the softness back. i even washed a leather bomber jacket in the washer and dried it in the dryer cuz i was too cheap to pay the $50 to have it cleaned! i still wear it...looks great, nice and clean LOL

LOL, no doubt....i've worn my uggs in the snow, rain, sleet, slush, etc. they dry just fine. all you need is a $3 can of silicone spray.
