Yeah, it's odd. I thought the printing had slipped on mine when I got it and the cover was actually on wonky (which I have actually had before to be fair.)

Oh that`s beautiful! It`s so subtle! It`s so gorgeous! This is Cameron at her best even though half of her face is not shown. It could have been better if the "E L L E" Masthead was behind her.

The subscriber`s cover is both daring and fun. I love the motion of the body and the hair with a mixture of ferocity! Beautiful.

Nice attempt at something different with the masthead for subscribers!

But somehow the issue feels lazy. Erin Heatherton's edit is gorgeous, with such striking colours. The rawness of Badulescu's photography compliments Erin's skin. I wish they just left it at that. Renata's has the same photographer, stylist and location. Therefore feels like a poor follow-on. You can tell the shoot took place within the exact timeframe. And then.. Cameron's photos don't feature much clothes. Although I'm a sucker for minimalism, so I can take the fall. It's almost like Welter's caught Diaz mid-workout too.

I love Cameron's body, but I don't need to check the perfection of her bikini wax.

This month's covers feel more like May covers than the May covers.

I like Cameron Diaz and the covers are good enough, but don't really stand up to Reese's strong (newsstands) cover last month. The subscriber's cover kind of reminds me of what US Elle often does with their subscriber's covers.

I wish the covers weren't so true to Cameron's image, though. I'm not sure I would love the end result if they were to go against her usual style, but GOD I wish someone would at least try.
