Where is everyone seeing this for £2? Everywhere I've been is selling it at full price!

The price depends on the region, I'm sure. The December issue with Natalia was priced at £3.50 here, then £3 in other parts of the country, which I found odd. Most other places had the issue at full price too. These price fluctuations have become a regular thing with British Vogue. Are they testing selling techniques, due to poor sales, or what?
